1. Records on your phone — delete them yourself
Your bills, customers, stock and amounts stay only on your phone or laptop. We cannot see them, so only you can delete them:
- Open the app → Settings → Backup.
- If you need your records later, take a Backup first.
- Tap Erase all data and type
ERASE→ everything is deleted immediately. - Then go to Settings → Company → Logout, and uninstall the app if you wish.
2. Name and number on our server — one message is enough
If you allowed the app to share information, our server holds only this: your shop name, mobile number, city/state, and counts (how many bills/items — no amounts). To have it deleted, send us your registered mobile number:

What is deleted, and what remains
