1. Who we are
My Shop Diary (the app and the website myshopdiery.pages.dev) is operated by Ultimate Software Private Limited, Chhutmalpur, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India — 247662 ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at supportmasihigroup@gmail.com or 9719969828.
2. Accepting these terms
By installing, opening or using My Shop Diary, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. If you use the app on behalf of a shop or business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
3. The service
- My Shop Diary is an offline-first billing and ledger (khata) app for shops. Once opened, it works without internet for billing, printing and keeping accounts.
- Your business records — bills, customers, suppliers, stock and amounts — are stored on your own device. We do not see, read or sell them.
- Cloud sync and cloud backup, where available, are optional. They only work if you switch them on, and they are used only to keep your own records in step across your own devices.
- Some features, such as sending bills on WhatsApp or opening a UPI app, hand over to other apps on your device. Those apps are governed by their own terms.
- We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the app.
4. Your responsibilities
- Accuracy of your records. You are responsible for the items, rates, taxes, HSN codes, GSTIN and other details you enter, and for every bill you issue from the app.
- Tax and GST filings. Reports such as GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B summaries are provided to help you. You (or your accountant) must check them and remain responsible for filing correct returns on time.
- Lawful use. Use the app only for lawful business. Do not use it to issue fake or misleading bills, evade tax, or send unwanted messages to people.
- Medicine and dawakhana users. Do not print misleading medical claims on bills, labels or messages (for example, promises of a guaranteed cure). Follow the laws that apply to selling medicines, including licence, batch, expiry and MRP rules.
- Backups and device security. Because your records live on your device, you are responsible for taking regular backups and keeping your phone, PIN and backup passwords safe. If a device is lost or its data is cleared without a backup, we cannot recover those records.
- Staff access. If you give staff access to the app, you are responsible for what they do in it.
5. Plans and payment
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | Free | Up to 3 transactions and 3 bills a day |
| Khata Plan | ₹30 / month (first month ₹2 for new customers) | Unlimited transactions and 10 bills a day |
| Advance | ₹99 / month | Unlimited use, no daily limit |
| Ultra Advance | ₹499 / month or ₹4,999 / year | Everything in Advance plus Ultra Advance features, with a 7-day free demo |
| Enterprise | On enquiry | For larger companies, chains and distributors |
- On the free plan, the daily limits apply automatically. When a limit is reached, you can continue the next day or upgrade. Your existing records remain yours and stay on your device.
- Paid plans are activated with an unlock code or activation linked to your shop. Unlock codes are for your own shop only and must not be shared, sold or published.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees. We may change prices in future; any change will not affect a period you have already paid for.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. Free demo
Ultra Advance comes with a 7-day free demo so you can try it before paying. When the demo ends, Ultra Advance features stop unless you buy a plan. Your records are not deleted when the demo ends.
7. Account deletion
You can erase all data on your device yourself at any time from Settings → Backup → Erase all data. To delete the shop name and number held on our server, follow the steps on the Delete Account page. We delete it within 30 days of your request.
8. Intellectual property
The My Shop Diary name, logo, app, website, designs and code belong to Ultimate Software Private Limited. You may use the app for your own business, but you may not copy, resell, rebrand, reverse-engineer or redistribute it without our written permission. The data you enter — your bills, customers and stock — belongs to you.
9. Limitation of liability
My Shop Diary is a tool. It is provided "as is", and we work hard to keep it accurate and reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. The shopkeeper remains responsible for their own bills, accounts and tax filings. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, tax penalties, lost data or indirect loss arising from the use of the app. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Suspension
We may suspend or cancel a paid plan or unlock code that is misused, shared or obtained fraudulently, or where the app is used for unlawful purposes.
11. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it, and the new version appears at this same address. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
